Peak House is a 20th century Edwardian estate in Sidmouth, a coastal town in the county of Devon.
On the estate is Peak Lodge, which originally was the servant quarters. The existing wooden doors here had rotted and started to let water in. Replacement doors were needed and Accoya wood doors were chosen and installed.
Joinery Solutions Southwest, approved Accoya manufacturers based in Newton Abbott, Devon, manufactured Accoya Bi-fold doors and and a set of French Doors. Both were coated white and include the arched bars in the glazing to match the original bespoke style of joinery.
